Londontown! (and Paris and Roma too)

Ello from Londontown! Hope you all are doing so well!

So I have been in London for about a week now and I love this place. Even though it rains unexpectedly and it is sometimes cold, walking around a city with so much history and culture just fills me with so much joy.

The best part is that my cousin is here
right now going to LSE and I've been able to hang out with her. We usually see each other maybe once every 3-5 years and it's just amazing that we get to walk Oxford street and catch up on life. Who would've thought? Major Blessing indeed :)
Travels: My mom and I arrived in London on the 21st.
We toured central london a bit, went to some markets and then my parents and I went to Paris
for three days and then Rome for 3.5 days. Both the cities were amazing and I cannot wait to go back! I loved that I got to practice my french in Paris and look at the beautiful city from the eiffel tower and visit the Louvre and Versailles.
In Rome, we saw St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Pantheon, Colosseum, and the Trevi Fountain. They all were amazing, but I think my favorite was the Colosseum. It's from 80 AD and so much larger than I ever thought it would be. Also, the Pizza and freshly made Pasta were to die for!
Random fun fact: The weekend that we were in Rome was the start of Advent so there was a celebratory prayer at St. Peter's Basilica wiz ze pope! I saw the old guy (he's darling) from about a foot away and even though the service was all in Latin, I enjoyed attending it. We came back last Sunday and have been touring London since. Big ben, House of Parliment, Westminister Abbey and the London Eye were all great. I am looking forward to seeing the Palace and then hopefully a play before we leave next tuesday!
My travels are quickly coming to an end, but I could not have asked for a better 3 months. Living in South America and then traveling around Europe with my family is such a blessing. God is so good.

love you all
